It was thus the perfect opportunity for students to undertake a digital humanities project&#8211;to produce something that allowed them to not only take ownership of their learning in an advanced English course but also learn how to use the ePortfolio platform to produce something intellectually and creatively meaningful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a showcase of some of those projects. Students chose a primary source and created an annotated digital edition of it. As editors, they designed a paratext for their source that advanced an argument and shaped the reader&#8217;s experience. All sites are shared with permission.
